What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Handle all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO's office and workspace.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in microsoft office suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Availability to travel with the CEO as needed
Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
