What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled relationship manager to join our sales team. As a relationship manager, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services you will need to have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a positive attitude to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with making cold calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Effective cold calling and relationship building can help a retail manager generate their own leads and build new connections.
- Has to meet the client fixed by the voice caller and telecaller.
- Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
- Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support and advice to help them achieve their financial goals
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate new leads to expand the client base
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide updates to clients on their portfolio performance and investment strategy
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures
- Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline
- Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments to ensure the team is well-informed and equipped to provide expert advice.
- The KYC (Know Your Customer) process for customers will be conducted with the assistance of the CST (Customer Service Team).
Qualification:
- Completion of any PG / UG / Any specialization
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Having knowledge of Excel is essential for this position.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
- Good command of oral and written English and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.
- Experience in Sales process – end to end is a plus.
